About Our Restaurant

We moved to the US back in 2000, we were shocked that there weren't that many ethnic places to eat. We found some places in Charlotte but we were not able to find any restaurants that truly made us feel like we were back home. We decided if we could not find any of the traditional dishes we were used to, we would just create them at home. That got us thinking...if Concord doesn't have a Greek restaurant, we not bring a Greek restaurant to Concord? So we embarked on this journey--to build a brand from the bottom up. We have faced tremendous heartache while we have been in this business, and we truly didn't think we would make it to our thirteenth anniversary (which will occur in October of 2018). We have been so blessed to have met some truly remarkable human beings during this journey. We have come to know many of our customers so well, they have become a part of our family. We really put a lot of love into what we do, and we would like to believe that is obvious when you dine with us. We aren't a chain restaurant, we are not a fancy restaurant, we are a small mom and pops restaurant and with that comes the crazy-happy-loving-chaotic vibe that you get from us. We make sure we serve you what we would serve our family. We are run by predominantly our own family members, truly, you get the mother, father, daughter, and son. We run off of a few other staff members as well because let's be honest, if we put in anymore hours we would go crazy. Haha.

So, from our staff to you and your family, friends, coworkers, and so forth---thank YOU. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you over the years. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share a part of Greek culture and cuisine with you. Thank you to all our regulars, newbies, and newbies that have become more regulars! Without each and everyone that walks through our doors we would not be getting ready to celebrate another year in business. Here's to another year of laughter, new memories, and hopefully another year of beating the odds. We were told when we first opened we would not make it, that Concord was not "ready" for our food---well, they were wrong (and we are truly thankful for that).

That got us thinking...if Concord doesn't have a Greek restaurant, we not bring a Greek restaurant to Concord? So we embarked on this journey—to build a brand from the bottom up. We have faced tremendous heartache while we have been in this business, and we truly didn't think we would make it to our thirteenth anniversary (which will occur in October of 2018).
